St Mary's Hospital Almshouse complex is situated off St Martin's Square in the North East quadrant of Chichester City centre, within the City Walls, to the South of Priory Park.

With on street parking in the immediate vicinity restricted to permit holders only, the nearest public car park (short stay) is in Little London (behind Marks and Spencer's East Street store) and from where the roof of the medieval hospital and chapel is visible.
