Wait begins for the rest of the brood to hatch...

The first two chicks from the clutch of four eggs laid by the new peregrine falcon pair have hatched at Chichester Cathedral.

"We are delighted that the first chicks have appeared" said RSPB Date with Nature project officer Lauren Terry.

" The first chick was spotted emerging on the morning of 19 May and the second came out of the egg at about 10am on 20 May.  There are two eggs left to hatch" Lauren said.
