Cloisters Café serves teas, coffees, home made cakes, freshly made lunches and much more...

Cloisters prides itself on fair trade suppliers and freshly cooked food, featuring dishes such as smoked haddock with a gruyere and tomato gratin, supreme of chicken in a mushroom and tarragon sauce and roasted sweet potato with a bean ragu.  Old favourites also appear on the menu along with baked potatoes and a range of hot and cold sandwiches.

There is a roast on Sundays and bookings can be made in advance. Cloisters also has a beautiful walled garden and the stunning Cathedral spire can be seen through its glazed roof.

We are taking bookings for our wonderful traditional Sunday lunches, served from 11.45am to 2.30pm.
