Tours of the Cathedral
Our trained guides conduct general guided tours of the cathedral at 11.15am and 2.30pm
(Monday - Saturday). These tours are free of charge and last approximately 45 minutes. (Booking not essential - just drop in).
A roving guide is available, morning and afternoon, to answer your questions if you do not wish to go on a tour.
The drop in tours are for individuals and small family sized groups. Larger groups should book their visit in advance and a guide will be allocated especially to the group. Bookings can be made on 01243 813586 or firstname.lastname@example.org
(Please be aware that very occasionally a drop in tour may be cancelled due to a service, concert rehearsal, or other event. If you are travelling to the Cathedral especially for a guided tour you are welcome to telephone in advance to check: 01243 782595).
