Chichester Cathedral is again inviting children to its 'Blessing of the Crib' service on Christmas Eve at 4.00pm. Children are invited to dress up in their own costumes, as angels, shepherds or wise men. During the service the children will be involved in the telling of the Christmas story and help to make a 'human crib'...
Everyone is welcome to the service (dressed up or not), which will include well-known carols, and last for 40 minutes. The Blessing of the Crib service has been very popular with local families in recent years, often attracting as many as 500 people.
