Saturday 22nd June 2013 from 1.30pm - 4.30pm

No need to book - just turn up.

Free Entry.  All are welcome.

(please be aware that there are 40 spiral stairs up to the Song School and the Library)

As part of the Festival of Chichester areas of the Cathedral normally closed to the public will be open to visitors.

The Song School located high up in the Cathedral's triforium and reached only by a winding spiral staircase is where the cathedral choir practices twice daily under the direction of the Master of the Choristers.  Come and discover its secret chamber!

The Cathedral Library houses a fascinating collection of rare books stored in the Cathedral heights.

The Bishop's Chapel is the private chapel of the Bishop of Chichester.  Of special interest is the rare roundel wall-painting dating from the 13th century, well-known as 'the Chichester Roundel.'
