Come along to a fascinating presentation by retired architect Andrew Bain. It will look at a comparison of the places of worship of the 5 principal religions, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The presentation will be illustrated with photos and drawings (including some of Andrew’s own watercolours), to demonstrate how they evolved into the ‘places’ we know today. Andrew is a retired architect principally of residential projects and worked for 4 years in The Sultanate of Oman.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served. A donation of £1 is kindly requested.
