The Cathedral runs a popular annual Bible study day in the autumn, usually on the Gospel that will be focussed on in the forthcoming Church Year. The format involves a wide choice of topics and expert speakers, with sessions on art , music and prayer complementing those delivered by specialists in biblical studies.
The next ‘Gospel Day’ is on Saturday 17 November 2018 (1.30pm to 5.00pm) and is called ‘Learning with Luke - An afternoon at Chichester Cathedral to explore and celebrate St Luke’s Gospel through word, music, prayer and art’
Speakers include Professor Jimmy Dunn (University of Durham), Professor David Catchpole (Sarum College), Dr Steve Smith (St Mellitus College), Revd Harriet Neale-Stevens, Canon Tim Schofield, LouLou Morris, Rachel Moriarty, Dr Stephen Roberts (University of Chichester) and the Revd Dr Andy Angel.
