Young Voices Festival

Two dates in March 2020 (tbc) 1.00pm - 4.30pm

Join us on a journey exploring choral music at the Young Voices Festival 2020 – a collaboration between Chichester Cathedral, West Sussex Music and local schools.

There are up to 30 places available for each school and the musical content is predominantly aimed at upper key stage 2 pupils. Following preparation in school, pupils will enjoy a very special afternoon of rehearsing and performance in Chichester Cathedral.

We will also be offering a CPD event for teachers on in January, led by the Cathedral’s music department and West Sussex Music, to support schools to make the very most of this unique opportunity.  Participate with other schools to celebrate diversity via humanity’s common language of music. The event includes an exciting opportunity to sing alongside the beautiful voices of the Chichester Cathedral Choristers.

To secure your place there is a booking fee which includes a place at the CPD session and the musical scores. There is a separate charge if you would like West Sussex Music to help you prepare in school.

Registration for this event will open nearer to the date.
