Supporting Religious Studies


A Level Religious Studies Day, 27th November 2018
10am - 2.30pm

A Level Students

Book now to secure your students’ places on a day of study that both supports their A level examination requirements and takes them beyond the exam syllabus, giving them a taste of under graduate study. The morning seminar choices include Arguments for the Existence of God, Evil and Suffering and Situation Ethics. After lunch we welcome back the University of Chichester’s Theology department to deliver our afternoon seminars, with some topics explored  including  'Sounding the Sacred: Religion and Popular Music'.

Delivered in partnership with the University of Chichester.

GCSE Religious Studies Day, 27th March 2019

GCSE Students

A day of thought provoking seminars to support the teaching of new GCSE RS specifications.

Seminars will include a morning focus on Christian beliefs and practices and an exploration of some key ethical issues. The afternoon seminars will introduce students to four other faith perspectives and their beliefs and practices through meeting representatives of these communities. Religious traditions explored will include Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism and Islam.
