A world famous multimedia exhibition drawing from Anne Frank's writings and exploring issues of identity and moral choice, was on show in Chichester Cathedral's North Transept from 7th to 30th October.

Anne's storey was brilliantly brought to life in the exhibition, which included a virtual tour of the secret annexe in Amsterdam, where the Frank family hid for over two years, a life size replica of Anne's room, a thought provoking display of Holocaust images and reflections on issues facing 21st century Britain and how Anne's writings are still relevant now.  The exhibition was aimed at young people over 10 years of age but was fascinating for all ages.

Many supporting events also took place, including a lecture by Lord Harries 'Why Christian-Jewish Relations Still Matter Today' in the Cathedral on the 28th October at 6.30pm.  The lecture was hosted by the Dean of Chichester.

Other supporting events included several free talks, a screening of the Oscar winning 1959 film The Diary of Anne Frank at Chichester Cinema at New Park, a Trail of Hope around the Cathedral, a tree planting ceremony, and special guided tours and events for schools and colleges.
