Ringing of Peregrine Chicks 2011

For the 11th year in a row the famous Chichester Cathedral peregrines have bred on top of the Cathedral.  This year 4 chicks safely hatched; two males and two females.

The nest has now produced an incredible 38 young - 19 males and 19 females.  The youngsters are now spending most of the day away from the nest learning to hunt with their parents, and we expect they will soon be ready to head off to find territories of their own.
