URGENT NOTICE 17TH APRIL: With great regret, Canon Andrew White has had to cancel his lecture as he has been summoned urgently back to Baghdad - he is extremely sorry and hopes to deliver this lecture at the Cathedral at a later date.  In his place, the Dean of Chichester, the Very Reverend Nicholas Frayling will be giving a lecture titled: 'Towards the Healing of History' to which all are invited - entry is free.

Nicholas Frayling has lectured on the theme of reconciliation, and the healing of history, in Israel/Palestine, Ireland, Switzerland, the USA and Canada.  We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.  Further enquiries can be made to the Cathedral on 01243 782595.

Canon Andrew White is vicar to hundreds at St George's Church, Baghdad.   He is also the president of the Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle-East, a charity which supports his work at St George's and his wider role in promoting reconciliation between different ethnic and religious groups.

Andrew is Vice-President of CMJ, The Church's Ministry Amongst Jewish People.  This meeting is hosted by CMJ in association with Chichester Cathedral.

An offering will be taken for the work of St George's in Iraq.
