From Wednesday 2nd December, public worship returns to Chichester Cathedral. The Cathedral will also be open 10.00am - 4.00pm (Monday - Saturday) and Sunday (12.00pm - 2.00pm)*.

As a result, we will be reverting back to our usual pattern of services, which includes:

  • Monday - Saturday | 8.00am Communion; 8.45am Mattins; 5.30pm Evensong or Evening Prayer;
  • Sunday: 8.00am Communion (BCP); 9.30am Eucharist; 11.00am Eucharist / 3.00pm Evensong.

Registering in advance for our 9.30am and 11.00am Sunday services is essential. Find out more about our upcoming service schedule.

Live-streamed Services

From Wednesday 2nd December we will be streaming our Sunday Eucharist from 9.30am, as well as our Evensong services. Find out more about our upcoming service schedule. 

We will no longer stream Holy Communion at 8.00am.

We will be streaming a number of special services, including:

  • Advent Procession | Sunday 6th December, 4.30pm
  • Carol Service | Saturday 19th December, 6.00pm
  • First Evensong of Christmas | Thursday 24th December, 5.30pm
  • Midnight Mass | Thursday 24th December, 11.30pm
  • Christmas Day Eucharist | Friday 25th December, 9.30am
