We are seeking a Team Leader and several Deputy Team Leaders to join our Welcomers Team which plays a critical role in ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to the thousands of visitors to our Cathedral each year. The Team Leader and Deputies will ensure that the team of about 150 welcomers is managed appropriately to deliver outstanding hospitality, in line with our policies and values.
The Team Leader and Deputies will be responsible for the recruitment, induction, development and management of the welcomers, managing the rota and working with Cathedral staff.
