Friday 26 July 2013: 'Investigating Signs and Symbols' from 10.30am - 2.30pm

Eastern Arm of the Cloisters

Follow our Heraldry Trail around the Cathedral to find out more about the colours and shapes used on our many colourful shields.  Design and then create your own Coat of Arms.

There is no need to book, just drop into the Eastern Arm of the Cloisters.  Children must be accompanied by an adult and the cost is £1.50 per child to include a copy of our Heraldry Trail. 

Friday 30 August 2013 'Brass Rubbings' from 10.30am - 2.30pm

Eastern Arm of the Cloisters

Follow our 'Remembering' Trail around the Cathedral.  Choose from a wide range of brasses, including saints, animals, knights and noble ladies to enjoy creating you own Brass Rubbing.

There is no need to book, just drop into the Eastern Arm of the Cloisters.  Children must be accompanied by an adult and the cost is £1.50 per child to include a copy of our 'Remembering' Trail.
