Lunchtime Concert: United Methodist Choir

We've tagged these musical visitors on to the end of our popular Spring series of lunchtime concerts, which take place on Tuesdays at 1.10pm during term time, in the spectacular setting of the Cathedral Nave. This concert will last approximately 30 minutes. You are welcome to come and go as you please. 

This United Methodist Choir joins us as part of their UK tour, with a concert entitled:
 ‘Enter the Journey - The journey of faith, hope, light.'

The Choir will present favourite American spirituals and anthems from the United Methodist Church, such as:

  • ‘How Can I Keep from Singing’ American Folk Hymn

Singers represent their faith communities from many parts of the US from the Pacific Northwest to Florida, Texas, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Conneticut!

They come bringing a message of peace, faith and hope.
