Friends' Events

As a Friend of Chichester Cathedral you are invited to a wide range of fun, stimulating and interesting activities throughout the year that encourage friendship and involvement in the Cathedral Family. Regular events include coffee mornings, concerts, coach trips, quiz evenings, the Epiphany Lunch and the Friends’ Annual Festival & AGM.

Booking is easy and can be done online by clicking on the event below where shown, or in person at the Cathedral Shop. For the monthly Coffee mornings and the Christmas Fair – no need to book: just drop in.

Everyone is welcome at all of our events. You can also bring a friend, so please come and join us.

'Solar' boat trip around Chichester Harbour with a birdlife expert. Fish and Chip lunch at Itchenor Sailing Club.

Tuesday 9th June, 1pm

Visit to renowned sculptor Philip Jackson’s workshop in Cocking. Includes a lecture, a tour around the private gardens and refreshments.

Thursday 11th June, 11.30am onwards

Friends Festival Day and AGM. The day includes a Communion service followed by lunch in Vicars Hall.
