Our guest speaker, the Very Reverend Nicholas Frayling, was appointed Dean of Chichester in 2002 after ministry in South London and Liverpool.  He retired as Dean Emeritus in 2014, when he was appointed a Freeman of the City of Chichester.  He served as Dean of the Order of St John from 2014 to 2020.

Prior to ordination he trained for retail management before becoming a Welfare Officer at Pentonville Prison. In retirement Nicholas is active liturgically and musically in our neighbouring Diocese of Portsmouth.

He has traced family connections going back more than five centuries, and he will be sharing some of these in his illustrated talk which is entitled 'A Bible in the Family. A saga spanning 5 centuries'.
