Chichester Cathedral will be open daily for individual private prayer from Monday 15th June, between 12.00 – 4.00pm.

We have made a number of changes to ensure that you can visit us safely. This includes a revised route of access, restricted to the Cathedral Nave and side Chapels. Find out more.

Whilst there is no public worship, votive stands will be available for you to light a candle. The Blessed Sacrament is reserved in Saint Clements Chapel off the of the South Aisle, which is set aside for private prayer.

We recognise that members of our community may be unable to visit us, and we want to reassure you that we will continue to provide our digital resources for worship, including our online services.

We look forward to welcoming you back to your Cathedral.
